Equipment cart for orthopedics

In modern operating rooms sometimes ceiling systems are implemented for the placement of the medical devices. When designing an operating room for minimally invasive surgery, there can be chosen for placing only the general devices on the pendants (cameras, light sources, monitors and video storage). Additional devices, required for the specific procedures, can then be placed on medical equipment carts. The cart shown here contains the devices that are required in addition to the general devices of orthopedic keyhole surgery.

The cart is equipped with the following  Smith & Nephew devices:

• Fluid pump: DYONICS 25 Fluid Management System
• Shaver: DYONICS POWER II Control System
• Electrosurgery: DYONICS RF System

The above mentioned applications are configurations based on our standard medical carts. These standard carts are modular in design, allowing to create any configuration according to customer specification. This means that the displayed cart configurations can be adjusted as desired. This includes for example removing or adding a shelf, bottle bracket or other components. In case a desired item is not part of our standard product range, it is also possible to deliver custom made parts. In this case we can design the required item, and produce this design for you.
