MOTOR DRIVE FOR LEICA MICROSCOPES
This traction system enables Leica surgical microscopes to move without pushing and pulling. This electrical traction system fits the F40 floor stand.
This Motor Drive System is developed for the Leica F40 floor stand for surgical microscopes. Microscopes fitted with this traction system move fully on battery power and are handled easily. The Motor Drive System provides an optimized and compact solution for precise and easy movement in both small rooms as well as movement over long distances.
The system is based on the concept of our Universal Motor Drive System for the electrical movement of our medical carts. This system is used very successfully over the last years.
The following microscopes are based on the F40 floor stand and can be equipped with this new Motor Drive System:
- M820 F40 (eye surgery)
- M844 F40 (eye surgery)
- M520 F40 (ENT/plastic/neuro)
- M525 F40 (ENT/plastic/neuro)
